About Us
Mandy and Tiffany are lifelong friends who have always shared a passion for travel. Together, they've created a program that is "what they wish they had" when getting started through their "many firsts" in the industry. They both started in the travel industry as ICs to a theme-park-based host and then later co-founded DPP Travel a successful luxury travel agency.
Meet Mandy
Before her career in travel, Mandy was a classroom teacher in Georgia and Tennessee. In addition to teaching students, she also created and delivered professional development content and assessments for fellow educators at the county and state levels. In addition to teaching for Education Departments, she also worked as a contractor for the Department of Labor teaching military professionals how to kickstart their civilian careers after their military service was complete. In all of these roles Mandy was recognized as a top facilitator and received several awards for her contributions to the programs, including the Rising Star Teacher of the Year Award.

She is a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors, as well as the Virtuoso Adventure Travel, Cruise, Sustainability, and Family + Celebration communities.

When not working with her business, she can be found enjoying time with her family, or working with their current foster dog at rescue events.
Meet Tiffany
Prior to getting started in the travel industry, Tiffany had more than a decade of experience in client care and marketing. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and passion for customer satisfaction, Tiffany was frequently awarded for excellence. After spending some time in managerial roles, Tiffany recognized she wanted the freedom to pursue a career at her own pace. Recently she participated as part of the Million Dollar Agency panel at the Gifted Travel Network Conference.

She is a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors, as well as the Virtuoso Adventure Travel, Cruise, Sustainability, and Family + Celebration communities.

When not working with her business, she is enjoying her coastal town from the back of her motorcycle.
Why We Created Travel Pro Pathways
Our journey began as we, ourselves, started to expand our agency and welcome new team members. We soon realized a critical gap in the available training resources – a lack of foundational training designed specifically for those completely new to the travel industry.
While there were programs catering to experienced advisors or those with existing sales experience, we found a dearth of easily accessible and comprehensive resources for individuals taking their first steps in this exciting field.
This realization ignited a passion within us. We knew that many, like ourselves, likely felt overwhelmed and underprepared when starting their travel advising journey. We envisioned a platform that would bridge this gap, providing essential knowledge and guidance from the very beginning, empowering individuals to confidently embark on their travel advising careers.
Thus, Travel Pro Pathways was born. Our mission is to be the go-to resource for those new to the travel industry, whether they are passionate individuals launching their own ventures, virtual assistants seeking to expand their skillset, or aspiring agency owners building their dream teams.
We believe that everyone deserves access to quality training, regardless of their experience level. We are committed to making the journey into travel advising accessible and empowering, providing the foundational knowledge and support needed to thrive in this dynamic and rewarding field.
